  • Bing gets back on the “Good” list
  • Vic and Charlie have their first major showdown.
  • Spoilers

Craig Goes to Bat for Vic

Craig(Dalton Harrod), after Vic’s escape from Bing, goes to take matters into his own hands, after promising not to. Grabbing his baseball bat, he heads for Bing Partridge’s(Ólafur Darri Ólafsson) house.

After a knock down, drag out, Bing gets the upper hand.

Breakfast

Vic(Ashleigh Cummings) and Maggie(Jahkara J Smith) are having breakfast; Maggie blames herself for Bly’s death, and tells Vic he was the only “family” she really had. Vic explains that it is not her fault, and that Maggie is not alone. She wants Maggie whole and healthy. Vic keeps checking her phone to see if Craig has responded. He has not. Back at the hotel bedroom, Vic is still caring for a rolling-off-the-side-of-the-bed-and-vomiting Vic. Peering over the side of the bed, Vic is surprised to see Millie Manx(Mattea Conforti), sword drawn, threatening her. The vision quickly dissipates, and Maggie now calms Vic.

Off the Naughty List

Bing meets up with Charlie Manx(Zachary Quinto). He is on the naughty list, and an angry Charlie tells him to get in the Wraith.

Bing has a plan, though. Yes, he kidnapped Vic. But, he has a beaten but alive Craig in his trunk, and after brief quizzing, Charlie realizes that not only is Craig in love with Vic, he has slept with her. This “ruins” Vic in Charlie’s misogynistic mind(weirdo). Bing gets back in Charlie’s good graces, and off they go, with Craig in the trunk, and a vampire child in the backseat.

Vic to the Rescue

Maggie’s tiles tell her that Craig is in the Wraith. Vic knows what this means, and that time is of the essence.

She leaves Maggie, promising to call her. Going to the Inscape bridge, she sees “Sleigh House” written on the wall, and heads through. Coming to the other side, she is not in Christmasland, she is at a secluded farmhouse. In a shed is the Wraith, and she can’t find the keys to free Craig. In the backseat, a very creepy now turned Bradley(the boy whose father picked up a decrepit Charlie) taunts them both. Bradley(Pierson Salvador) gets out of the car and chases after Vic. She locks herself in the house as Bradley alternates between taunting her and yelling for Charlie.

Bing Gets BOLO’d

Detective Tabitha Hutter(Ashley Romans) has gone to Bing’s house after Maggie tells her that he kidnapped not only Charlie, but Vic. She knows that she doesn’t have the whole story, but after finding some really incriminating things, she puts out an APB on Bing’s car.

Bing is at his old workplace, loading up on gingerbread gas. He gets caught, and has to escape, leaving his car, and the gas behind.

Charlie appears and tells Vic to come out and say “How do”. He takes her bike to the bridge, and destroys it. She falls to the floor in agony.

Getting up, she is forced to flee to the laundry room as Charlie comes inside the house. Bradley tells him to burn the house down, and he does. Trapped, Vic attempts to climb up the laundry chute, falling and hurting herself on the first try. She finally succeeds, climbing onto the roof and seeing the Wraith driving off in the distance.

Thoughts on Sleigh House
  • I thought for sure that Bing had killed Craig. Might have been better if he had…
  • Craig telling his mom exactly what he is going to do, and she is like “okay” in her stoned out state.
  • Vampire kids in the daylight are just as creepy, and bleed black blood.
  • We get to see the ornaments from the book!
  • Charlie’s calm voice is freaking scary.
  • Loved that Vic is so tough and industrious without her power.
  • Uh, Charlie? Women have to have sex to have children. Just saying.

The recap of the second half of the season finale is coming up soon right here! Stay tuned!
