Overall Thoughts

The initial call during the self-help conference provided a moment of humor. The responses from the team members to Buck and Eddie’s mishaps were truly priceless, as were the gasps from the bystanders. Buck rubbed his neck, Eddie flinched, and even resorted to placing an ice pack down his pants following the incident.

So let’s talk about Buck’s date, which was so… uncomfortable. I don’t even know where to start, but we have to. This was Buck’s first date with a man, so he was already nervous and so when Eddie showed up it didn’t help at all. Plus he hasn’t told any of his friends and family yet. Marisol moving in with Eddie, they haven’t been dating all that long if I can recall. Is it just me or are the scenes with Eddie and Marisol just very awkward? I can’t put my finger on why their scenes make me cringe.

“So…tell me more about the hot pilot.” – Maddie Buckley (Jennifer Love Hewitt)

Maddie responded thoughtfully to Buck’s indirect coming out. She’s worried he might misunderstand his feelings but recognizes he’s dealing with unfamiliar emotions. Buck confiding in Eddie was meaningful. Eddie promptly embraced Buck’s date with Tommy and even offered advice. I am in favor of Buck and Tommy (Lou Ferrigno Jr.) exploring a possible relationship. Extending an invitation to Tommy for Maddie’s wedding was a significant gesture.

My heart had that awe moment when Mara (Askyler Bell) finally spoke saying night to Karen, hearing what she went through you understand why she was having difficulty. Hen and Karen have seriously done an amazing job with raising Denny (Declan Pratt); with his new foster sister, offering her a teddy bear to not blaming her for throwing a mug at his face. Remember 9-1-1 returns in three weeks, May 2nd; where we have a very Chimney and Maddie wedding.

Hi, I'm Amy. I was born into the fandom life and was taught all its magical ways. When I am not working, playing video games, attending conventions (where I dabble in cosplay); I am binge watching anything and everything. Though I do have to admit I am more inclined to sci-fi and supernatural genre; though I have a soft spot for historical dramas.
