Assassin‘s Creed Odyssey Week| Explore Ancient Greece Like Never Before | Progression
We all here at FANdemonium Network love a huge bunch of TV shows, movies and comics. After a while we came up with the idea of trying to cover games as well. I for myself am a huge fan of PS4 games and that’s why we thought this could be a great idea. After E3 2018 happening a few days back, I’m extremely excited to talk about the new Assassin‘s Creed game that’s coming this year. So keep following if you’re a gaming geek (even if you are not, maybe that will change soon) and enjoy the ride into Ancient Greece with Assassin‘s Creed Odyssey!
What can we expect?
As many of you I got pretty damn excited when I read the news about a new assassin’s creed game that will already launch in OCTOBER! After we got a teaser trailer we have the full information from E3 2018 and now know a lot about Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.
The Game is set in 431 BC in Ancient Greece and follows the story of either Alexios or Kassandra – the choice is yours. 17 years after they’re cast out of Sparta and left for dead following a family tragedy and a dark prophecy from the Oracle of Delphi. The story already does sound amazing BUT what really changes the game is that everything is about YOUR CHOICE.
While Assassin’s Creed Origins had RPG elements included in its open world structure, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is taking the RPG to the next level. They are offering greater player choice than ever before – with dialogue options, choice-based gameplay and even multiple endings.
The release date
I think we all were extremely curious WHEN the game will be released – AMAZING NEWS – we only have to wait until October 5th! I for myself thought we would have to wait longer to finally get into the game but here we are only about 4 months away until it all starts. It took the creators three years to get Assassin‘s Creed Odyssey done and it will be released for PS4, Xbox One and PC.

One of the newest things in the Assassin’s Creed are definitely, that how the story changes is YOUR DECISION. There are almost infinite ways to explore Greece. Choose between main missions, story-based side quests, and more. Your decisions shape the world around you with over 30 hours of choice dialogue and multiple game endings. Everything is up to YOUR choices. So choose and see what will happen!

Player Choice & Dialogue
They say actions speak louder than words, but here, your choice in dialogue will shape the world around you. With multiple game endings and tons of dialogue choices, you’ll experience a living, dynamic world that constantly evolves and reacts to your every decision. So, choose your words wisely, because you never know what sort of consequences they may have down the line.

Mercenary System
If you do something illegal, you could end up with a bounty on your head. If that happens, mercenaries may soon follow. Once you discover a mercenary—whether they’re hunting you or not—you’ll be able to know critical information about them, including their location, the gear they carry and their strengths and weaknesses, among other things. With that information, you can either choose to kill them, pay the bounty on your head, or run. But if you kill the mercenaries hunting you, that doesn’t mean the threat is gone forever. Removing mercenaries will cause the power within the ranks to shift, and others will move up to take the vanquished mercenary’s place.
