The Originals first look at Dahlia

After seeing Kristin Erickson and Claudia Black playing Dahlia in flashbacks in previous episodes we are about to get our first visit from present day Dahlia.

According to Entertainment Weekly‘s interview with Joseph Morgan we will get our first look at Dahlia in New Orleans in the April 13th episode and this is what she will look like.

Dahlia

By the looks of that we are also going to be revisiting St Annes’ church (RIP Father K, you will always be missed) which hasn’t been seen in a little while.

Joseph Morgan also had some very nice things to say about Claudia Black,

“We built up Dahlia for a long time—if someone comes in and is terrible or really isn’t frightening in any way or something, that’s the season ruined. But Claudia Black is just wonderful. First of all, she’s a veteran at sci-fi and fantasy. She knows what she’s doing, so she’s really able to handle the intensity of those speeches about curses and witches and wolves and vampires and all of that stuff, which is a whole other skill set to teach at drama school.”

I’m sure by now most of you know that I am a long time member of #TeamKlaus and dedicated Joseph Morgan fan, but I’m also a huge Claudia Black fan. I cannot wait to see what havoc she brings to New Orleans and how Dahlia is going to interact with the rest of the Mikaelson family.

Hey, I'm Clare, aka Ciara or C. My current fandoms are RWBY and The Last Kingdom along with a bunch of other stuff I tend to let build up and then binge! I'm a keen, albeit amateur, cosplayer and love attending cons in various cosplays. I'm also the resident comic book girl around these parts, especially small press comics, so if you've got an indie book you want reviewed, I'm your gal! When I'm not doing the fangirl thing I am a keen long-distance hiker, having completed Te Araroa in New Zealand and The Pacific Crest Trail on the West Coast of the US.
