Serinda Swan signs on as Medusa
It’s a busy time over at Marvel. Just last night we heard that Anson Mount had joined the cast of Marvel’s Inhumans. Today we get another member of the Inhuman Royal Family. Welcome to the latest member of the cast – Serinda Swan.
Serinda Swan (Smallville, Tron: Legacy) has signed on to play the Queen of Attilan – Medusa. Medusa is the Queen of the Inhumans, Black Bolt’s wife and most trusted advisor. A fiercely resilient warrior who has the ability to move and control her hair the way most people use their hands and fingers.
Jeph Loeb, the Head of Marvel Television had this to say about her.
“Serinda empowers Medusa’s regal glory and still maintains a relatability that synced perfectly with the character,”
Showrunner and Exec Producer Scott Buck added
