Have you been watching Constantine, Fridays at 10 on NBC? If so then you might be aware that currently the first season of the show will end after it’s initial 13 episode order. No back 9 has been ordered and the future of the show looks to be under a cloud. Due to the show’s late debut the network didn’t have as much to go on with regards to ratings, just 4 episodes, so it seems that may have affected their decision. Now the show is by no means doomed, Writer/Exec Producer Daniel Cerone on twitter has said
No Season 2 answers before the New Year. But we're on official NBC winter sked so keep watching. #SaveConstantine pic.twitter.com/bwuliUt0RU

If you have been watching then I’m sure you are as hooked on these characters and the ongoing plot as I am. How could you not be when Matt Ryan was pretty much born to play the sarcastic, chain smoking exorcist that is John Constantine? What is on the way? I for one am not ready to say goodbye to John, Zed, Chas, Manny, Jim Corrigan and the rest yet. Nor are the cast, they have all taken to social media in the last couple of weeks to actively promote the show, engaging with fans to spread the word.
I asked Daniel if there was anything he wanted to say to you, our lovely readers, on the subject and this was his response
@CiaraCobb @FANdemoniumNet I've never worked on a show with as active a fan base as ours. I'm confident they'll keep Constantine on the air.

What can I do to help? I hear you ask. Well, there’s quite a lot actually.
Obviously the most important thing is WATCH THE SHOW! Fridays, NBC, 10pm.
Start banging drums NOW. Friday is winter finale of #Constantine. Next episode not till Jan. We want numbers! #SaveConstantine #Hellblazers

Can’t watch it live? Okay fine, stream it at NBC.com, the network is paying attention so now is the time, especially with the mid-season finale coming up on Friday night.
Are you like me and live outside of the US but still want to help? Okay then watching the episodes on Amazon Prime is the way to go. New episodes are uploaded on Saturday after they air in the US so you are barely even behind the times.
There are fan campaigns that are up and running that you can get behind too. On twitter you can use the hashtags #SaveConstantine, #ResurrectionCrusade and #Hellblazers in your tweets to show your support and you’ll see the likes of Angelica Celaya and Charlie Halford doing it too, so you are in good company with Zed and Chas
Finally you can show your support by voting in the People’s Choice Awards. Constantine has made it to the final five in the Favourite New TV Drama category, up against some stiff competition in the form of The Flash, Gotham, Forever and How To Get Away With Murder. So get your voting fingers ready and check out http://vote.peopleschoice.com/#!/home/all/85/2
See you in January for the rest of the season and then back here in the fall right? Season 2…let’s make it happen!
