So I don’t know about you but I’m still reeling from the revelation that Kaleb is actually the returned Kol Mikaelson in a different body. I know that has led a lot of fans (me included) to hope this would mean the return of Nate Buzolic, the original actor who played Kol, and he has previously tweeted pics of him lurking around filming but tonight we hit paydirt.
The actor just instagrammed this fab shot of him and Joseph Morgan who plays his big half-brother Klaus in period dress with the caption “Tomorrow night on the #Originals The cat is out of the bag & Kol is out of the box!!”
The shot shows Klaus holding one of the mystical daggers he uses to punish his siblings (although given their outfits I actually did a serious double take to make sure that wasn’t a wand…I mean seriously, how Harry Potter do these two look?) so it looks like we are in for some flashback fun. Couple that with this tweet from show-runner Julie Plec

and I think it’s safe to say that while the premiere of The Originals second season was incredible I think this season is about to get a whole lot more interesting.
