Even though the last film in The Twilight Saga premiered over 2 years ago, Summit Entertainment and Lionsgate seem to always know what the series fanatics will want. Early this year, they announced that they are joining forces with Stephenie Meyer to create 5 new mini movies, for Facebook, based on supporting characters. The catch, the mini movies are to be written by female fans to help attract more women into the screenwriting business.
Then this week, Lionsgate announced that on January 13, 2015 they will be releasing another set of extended edition DVD/Blu-Rays from the first 3 Twilight Saga movies (Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse). These all-new extended versions are re-edited and will include new deleted scenes.
It really does seem as though Twilight will be around forever.
