Jeff Sneider at The Wrap, says there’s an interesting little something about Tom Hardy’s possible career choices.
Hardy is already known for one major villain in the world of comic book movies thanks to his work as Bane in Christopher Nolan’s The
Dark Knight Rises. Jeff Sneider slipped in a little bit about how it seems inevitably destined to appear in another comic book movie.
“Tom Hardy was once rumored to be in contention for Doctor Strange, though he has recently been courted for WB’s Suicide Squad and the title role in X-Men: Apocalypse, so don’t expect to see him join the MCU anytime soon.”
There are a lot of comic book roles floating around right now, so we’ll just have to wait and see who ends up sticking with what project. Whichever franchise gets Hardy will certainly be made better by his presence, so stay tuned for updates.
