In 1989 we had a supernaturally awesome sequels to one of the funniest films involving ghosts, green slime and mysterious evils forces trying to overtake the city. Ghostbusters 2 was a film that still had the amazing cast of the first film and a lot of the humorous chemistry that made you fall in love with the first film.
Its cast can easily boast big names with Sigourney Weaver, Dan Aykroyd, Bill Murray, Rick Moranis, Harold Ramis, Ernie Hudson, Annie Potts, Peter MacNicol and Kurt Fuller. Dr’s Venkman, Stantz and Spengler along with Winston Zeddemore, end up battling the Evil spirit Vigo that was inhabiting a painting that turns out to be more powerful than they expected, that along with a river of Ectoplasm of all things helps revive their business and makes them more popular than the children’s parties there were working at t earn a little cash.
So here are a few of the best tunes that I love about this film.
My all-time favourite, as it’s the run up to the big finale with ghosts and ghouls, trying to take over the city, including cab drivers and fur coats.

We have the song, where with tons of Ectoplasm they manage to use the statue of Liberty to gain access to the museum and the evil Vigo.
