Monday begins Season Two of Sleepy Hollow and for Sleepy addicts everywhere it can’t come soon enough. Before Ichabod and Abbie stir up more ghostly trouble, there is a cache of cool relics that fans should consider obtaining.
The first is the DVD hitting stores last Tuesday. Most places are selling it for around $30 which is a chunk of change for only 13 episodes but most fans are buying it anyway.
Boom! Studios is developing a comic series based on the show and from artwork posted on their website, it is spot on. The series will begin in mid-October and the writer of the comic is a definite fan girl so even if you don’t collect comics, this is worth checking out.
There are some very cool tees out there featuring the Headless Horseman. So if you need some Halloween wear check out places like Café Press and All Posters. The same stores have posters, coffee cups and other goodies.
If you missed it, Audible.com also offered up a very sweet freebie last week on Twitter. Tom Mison reading “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” and it is seriously awesome. As a fan of the original story, this retelling is wicked.
Hopefully, Fox continues to add merchandise to the Sleepy Hollow treasure box because this show is definitely worth collectibles.
