Shameless is back for the 11th season – the last one – which started the night of December 6th on Showtime.

Shameless – “Two At A Biker Bar, One In The Lake” Synopsis

The Gallaghers disagree on the fate of their childhood home so a stranded Frank tries to get back to weigh in on the matter. Realizing that they have none, Ian and Mickey embark on a journey to find gay friends.

What happened on Shameless – “Two At A Biker Bar One In The Lake”

We left the last episode with Lip asking the rest of the family to sell their house and go on with their life separately, but no one seemed to really care. However, Lip’s goal to sell the house is the main focus of this latest episode. In fact, we can see them arguing in the very Gallaghers style with Debbie being sure about not wanting to sell the house at all and trying to bribe the rest of the family on her side.

But that is not the only drama happening in this episode. If you rememeber, Lip got fired from his job and stole some motorbikes in return to sell them online and get the money to afford an house with Tami, to avoid staying at her parents’. The plan fails, obviously. In this case it’s all Kevin‘s fault, who decided to take the motorbike for a ride when he accidentally invited a cop over. The title of the episode explains it all.

Ian and Mickey, living their marriage paradise, decide to give social life a try by making new gay friends. But the only outcome of this adventure was learning the lyrics to Lady Gaga’s “Rain on Me”. Let’s say that social life really isn’t their thing.

Final Review

I can affirm that this was the best episode of the whole season. It reminded me of the gold old times with fights, robberies and fun. For the first time in my life, I appreciated Debbie‘s character because we witnessed a part of her that should have been showed earlier – her relationship with her mother. This episode reaches the top tier!
