It was revealed today that Legendary Pictures will be headed to this years San Diego Comic Con. On July 11, a panel will be hosted by Chris Hardwick discussing the upcoming plans for the studio. Some of the content being brought to the fans include information on horror thriller Crimson Peak, the video game adaptation Warcraft and the holiday horror film Krampus.
Legendary will also be hosting a booth on the exhibit hall floor, offering giveaways, signings and photops. If you’re one of the lucky ones, there will also be opportunities for virtual reality experiences. (Source)
Legendary Pictures was created in 2000 and in 2005 it created an agreement with Warner Brothers to co-produce and co-finance films. In 2014, it created a similar agreement with Universal Studios. Some pictures that have Legendary backing include the recently released Jurassic World, The Hangover, and Man of Steel, to name a few.
