The latest bit of casting news is that Legends of Tomorrow will be adding Suits star Patrick J Adams to its already bulging roster.

In an as yet undisclosed role (that is almost certainly NOT Booster Gold), Adams will appear in the season 1 finale of Legends of Tomorrow as “a beloved superhero from the DC canon,” with “a mysterious past and equally mysterious agenda”. His character is also slated to appear in a number of episodes in the second season of the time travelling show. According to TVLine, who originally broke the news about this role, whatever this mysterious agenda is, it will be the jumping off point for the events of season 2.
