The ever awesome Ryan Reynolds is keeping his comic book fans happy right now with extensive tweets, and this weekend he gave us the first look at Deadpool’s Negasonic Teenage Warhead.

Negasonic Teenage Warhead, aka Ellie Phimister was a teenage mutant in the X-Men comics, first appearing in 2001. She was a telepath student of Emma Frost and also seemed to manifest precognitive abilities as she foresaw the sentinel attack on Genosha which claimed her life.
Ellie appeared much later in Joss Whedon’s Astonishing X-Men as a member of a newly formed Hellfire Club, but turned out to be an illusion.
She is being brought to life by Brianna Hildebrand, a newcomer whose other roles are in movies still in production/post-production. Her role in the Deadpool movie is yet to be revealed, as we haven’t had any kind of synopsis for Deadpool yet. As and when we find out more we will of course bring it to you.
