40 New shows in 2015

Happy New Year, TV fans! With the New Year comes new shows! Is your resolution to see something new this year? Here are 40 new dramas, sitcoms, reality series and miniseries that are scheduled to debut in the first half of 2015. All dates and times are subject to change.

1. “Togetherness” is a new HBO comedy. The show follows two couples living under the same roof who struggle to keep their relationships alive while pursuing their individual dreams. It debuts on Sunday, January 11th at 8:30p.m. cst.

2.  “Friends to Lovers?” is a new Bravo reality series. Bravo asks the old question: is dating your best friend the surest way to lose a friend? It debuts on Monday, January 12th at 9p.m. cst.

3. “My Big Fat Fabulous Life” is a new TLC reality series. It follows the adventures and travails of a women who gains 200 pounds due to a medical condition. It debuts on Tuesday, January 13th at 9p.m. cst.

4. “Man Seeking Women” is a new FXX comedy. A naive romantic goes on a desperate quest for love when his longtime girlfriend dumps him. It debuts on Wednesday, January 14th at 9:30p.m. cst.

5. “12 Monkeys” is new on Syfy. Follows the journey of a time traveler from the post-apocalyptic future who appears in present day on a mission to locate and eradicate the source of a deadly plague that will eventually decimate the human race. It debuts on Friday, January 16th at 8p.m. cst.

6.”Grantchester” is a new PBS murder-mystery series. Cambridgeshire clergyman Sidney Chambers finds himself investigating a series of mysterious wrongdoings in his small village of Grantchester.. It debuts on Sunday, January 18th at 9p.m. cst.

7. “The Nightly Show with Larry Wimore” is new on Comedy Centrals. Larry Wilmore takes over ‘The Colbert Report’s’ time slot. It debuts on Monday, January 19th at 10:30p.m. cst.

8. “Backstrom” is a new FOX detective series. The renowned misanthropic police detective, takes on new and daunting cases  It debuts on Wednesday, January 22nd at 8p.m. cst.

9. “Nightwatch” is a new A&E reality series. It follows the lives of the first responders in New Orleans. It debuts on Wednesday, January 22nd at 9p.m. cst.

10. “Sirens” is a new USA comedy series. A comedy that follows three Chicago EMTs who despite their narcissistic and self-destructive personalities are uniquely qualified to save lives. It debuts on Tuesday, January 27th at 9p.m. cst.

11. “Fortitude” is a new Pivot crime drama. Fortitude is a place like nowhere else on Earth. Surrounded by the savage beauty of the polar landscape, its future sparkling with the promise of Arctic opportunity, wealth and discovery, Fortitude is one of the safest towns on earth. There has never been a violent crime here. Until now. It debuts on Tuesday, January 29th at 9p.m. cst.

12. “Fresh Off the Boat” is a new ABC‘s family comedy. A Taiwanese family makes their way in America during the 1990s. It debuts on Tuesday, February 7th at 7p.m. cst.

13. “Allegiance” is new on NBC. A rookie CIA analyst doesn’t know that members of his family are part of a Russian sleeper cell. It debuted on Thursday, January 5th at 9p.m. cst.

14. “Better Call Saul” is a new AMC dramedy spin-off of ‘Breaking Bad’. The trials and tribulations of criminal lawyer, Saul Goodman, in the time leading up to establishing his strip-mall law office in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It debuts on Tuesday, February 9th at 9p.m. cst.

15. “Schitt’s Creek” is a new Pop comedy series.When filthy-rich family suddenly find themselves broke, they are forced to leave their pampered lives to regroup and rebuild their empire from within the rural city limits of their only remaining asset – Schitt’s Creek, an arm pit of a town they once bought as a joke. It debuts on Wednesday, January 11th at 9p.m. cst.

16. “The Slap” is a new NBC miniseries. A family drama that explodes from one small incident where a man slaps another couple’s misbehaving child. This seemingly minor domestic dispute pulls the family apart, exposes long-held secrets, and ignites a lawsuit that challenges the core values of all who are pulled into it. It debuts on Thursday, February 12th at 7p.m. cst.

17. “The Odd Couple” is CBS remake of the classic comedy. Two friends try sharing an apartment, but their ideas of housekeeping and lifestyles are as different as night and day. It debuts on Thursday, February 19th at 7:30p.m. cst.

18. “Secrets and Lies” is new on ABC. A man who finds the body of a young boy quickly becomes the prime murder suspect, putting his life and his family at risk. It debuts on Sunday, March 1st at 8p.m. cst.

19. “The Last Man on Earth” is a new FOX sitcom. The survival of the human race depends on two strangers forced to come together despite their differences. It debuts on Sunday, March 1st at 8:30p.m. cst.

20. “Battle Creek” is a new CBS police drama. Two detectives with different views on the world team up and using cynicism, guile and deception, they clean up the streets of Battle Creek. It debuts on Sunday, March 1st at 9p.m. cst.

21. “CSI: Cyber” is CBS newest iteration on CSI. Special agent Avery Ryan works to solve crimes as a CyberPsychologist for the FBI. It debuts on Wednesday, March 4th at 9p.m. cst.

22. “Dig” is a new USA miniseries. Peter, a FBI agent stationed in Jerusalem who, while investigating a murder of a young female archaeologist, uncovers a conspiracy 2000 years in the making. It debuts on Thursday, March 5th at 9p.m. cst.

23. “The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt” is a new Netflix comedy. A woman escapes from a doomsday cult and starts life over again in New York City. It debuts on Thursday, March 5th at 11p.m. cst.

24. “The Royals”  is a new E! soapy drama. Drama about a fictional British Royal family set in modern-day London, who inhabit a world of opulence and regal tradition that caters to any and every desire, but one that also comes with a price tag of duty, destiny and intense public scrutiny. It debuts on Sunday, March 15th at 9p.m. cst.

25. “One Big Happy” creates a new family on Tuesday, March 17th at 8:30p.m cst. on NBC. A lesbian and her straight guyfriend decide to have a baby together.

26. “Bloodline” is a new Netflix family drama. A family of adult siblings whose secrets and scars are revealed when their black sheep brother returns home. It debuts on Thursday, March 19th at 11p.m. cst.

27. “The Late Late Show” with James Corden as he takes over on CBS Monday, March 23rd.

28. “Big Time in Hollywood, FL” debuts on Comedy Central on Wednesday, March 25th at 9:30p.m. cst. Follows two delusional brothers, who are self-proclaimed filmmakers, as they are kicked out of their parent’s house and end up on an epic cinematic journey.

29. “Weird Loners” is a new FOX comedy. Four relationship-phobic people are unexpectedly thrust into one another’s lives and form an unlikely bond in a townhouse in Queens, NY. It debuts on Wednesday, March 31st at 8:30p.m. cst.

30. “A.D.” is NBC new 12 -hour miniseries. A.D. picks up where the smash hit, “The Bible,” left off, continuing the greatest story ever told and exploring the exciting and inspiring events that followed the Crucifixion of Christ.It debuts on Thursday, April 5th at 5p.m. cst.

31. “Odyssey” is a new NBC’s political conspiracy drama. Three families are torn apart when a stranded female soldier, a disillusioned corporate attorney and a disrespected political activist are pulled into the same shocking international military conspiracy. It debuts on Sunday, April 5th at 9p.m. cst.

32. “Wolf Hall” is new miniseries on BBC. England in the 1520s is a heartbeat from disaster. If the King dies without a male heir, the country could be destroyed by civil war. Henry VIII wants to annul his marriage of twenty years and marry Anne Boleyn. The Pope and most of Europe oppose him. 33. “Marvel’s Daredevil” is newest project on Netflix. A blind lawyer with his other senses superhumanly enhanced fights crime as a costumed superhero. It debuts on Thursday, April 10th at 11p.m. cst.

34. “Wayward Pines” is a new FOX psychological thriller miniseries. A Secret Service agent goes to Wayward Pines, Idaho, in search of two federal agents who have gone missing in the bucolic town. He soon learns that he may never get out of Wayward Pines alive. It debuts on Thursday, May 14th at 8p.m. cst.

35. “The Hatfields & McCoys” is a new miniseries on the History Channel. It will premiere some time this year.

36. “Galavant” is a new ABC’s musical comedy. Prince Galavant’s quest for revenge over the King who stole his one true love. It debuted on Sunday, January 4th at 7p.m. cst.

37. “Marvel’s Agent Carter” is new on ABC. In 1946, Peggy Carter is relegated to secretarial duties in the Strategic Scientific Reserve (SSR). When Howard Stark is accused of treason, he secretly recruits Peggy to clear his name with the help of his butler, Edwin Jarvis. It debuted on Tuesday, January 6th at 7p.m. cst.

38. “Empire” is a new FOX soapy hip-hop drama. A unique family drama set in the world of a hip hop empire. It debuted on Wednesday, January 7th at 8p.m. cst.

39. “Hindsight” is new on VH1. Centers on Becca who, as she nears 40, is about to embark on her second wedding to Andy Kelly, but her joy is tempered by the absence of her old best friend Lolly who’s a no-show, having dropped out of their relationship years ago. It debuted on Wednesday, January 7th at 9p.m. cst.

40. “Donnie Loves Jenny” is a new A&E reality series. Follows Donnie Wahlberg and Jenny McCarthy as they settle into married life together. It debuted on Wednesday, January 7th at 8p.m. cst.
