New images have surfaced online from the “Rogue Cut” of X-Men: Days of Future Past.
The official release of the “Rogue Cut” is still weeks away, but a Brazilian X-Men fansite universoxmen.com.br has gotten their hands on some new images from it.
Several of the images are of Rogue herself Anna Paquin (True Blood), which appear to be from a featurette that will be included in the special edition. But there are also stills from the 17-minutes of never-before-seen footage, like Magento (Ian McKellen) dragging a weakened Kitty Pryde (Ellen Page) away. This is where Rogue was going to be useful. Originally, she was supposed to absorb Kitty’s powers and help Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) accomplish his mission.

X-Men: Days of Future Past – Rogue Cut will release on Blu-ray on July 14, the 15th anniversary of the release of the original X-Men movie.
