Unlike the previous year, this isn’t a rumor.
Usher is engaged to his longtime girlfriend and business partner Grace Miguel, sources confirm to US Weekly. The couple have been together since 2009, following Usher’s split from his ex-wife Tameka Foster.
“She’s happy but they’re trying to keep it quiet,” an insider told the site of the couple, who were smiling ear-to-ear at Saturday’s Golden Globes Arts Elysium Heaven Gala in Los Angeles.
The 36-year-old singer, whose real name is Usher Terry Raymond IV has opened up about his love life with Miguel, 44, to Billboard in October, saying, “She’s someone who has been able to support and understand all of who I am. Not just as a dancer or as a performer or as a singer, but as a humanitarian and a businessman and as a person.”
Usher has two children, boys Usher Raymond V, 7, and Navivyd Ely, 6 from his previous marriage to Foster from 2007 to 2009.
