Charlie Hunnam , Sienna Miller and Robert Pattinson have all descended upon Belfast, Northern Ireland to begin principle shooting in James Gray film adaptation of The Lost City of Z. The film is based on the novel, written by David Grann, which focuses on the travels and explorations of Percy Fawcett.
Announced this week to the cast are newcomers Angus MacFadyen and Edward Ashley. MacFadyen will portray James Murray, financier to Fawcett’s first trip into South America. Ashley will play Arthur Manley, the young corporal who accompanies Fawcett on his expedition into the jungle. It was also announced a few weeks ago that Tom Holland had joined the cast.
The film, being produced by Plan B Entertainment, is slated to be released in 2016.
