The immensely talented Todd Stashwick may have left behind St Anne's Church in New Orleans when the brilliant Father Kieran met his demise at the end of the first season of The Originals (still not over that), but he will be back on our screens in the near future. Todd recently confirmed on his Facebook page that he has been cast in the forthcoming 12 Monkeys tv series. He will portray Deacon, the leader of a group called The West 7 in the post-apocalyptic future. He joins a cast that includes Nikita's Aaron Stanford, Amanda Schull (Suits), Noah Bean (Nikita), Kirk Acevedo (Fringe) and Zeljko Ivanek (True Blood, Revolution).
