Superman and Lois “Anti-Hero” Synopsis
Superman (Tyler Hoechlin) pleads with Lt. General Anderson (Ian Bohen) to investigate Ally Allston (Rya Kihlstedt); Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch) receives some very upsetting news; Lois helps Lana (Emmanuelle Chriqui) prepare to fight the good fight; Jordan (Alex Garfin) is still irritated with Jonathan (Jordan Elsass) for lying to him.
What do you think of Lt. General Anderson and what he did to Superman?
C: I think he’s a moron to be perfectly blunt. He is so one track minded that he doesn’t realise he’s literally putting the entire planet in danger just to get his own way. It’s almost super-villain-esque in a way.
PB: I think he has balls of steel for what he did. Also think it’s funny that he didn’t release this arrest to the media. He has to know that he would get so much crap if the world found out he arrested Superman. He is a cocky power hungry man and I have a feeling this is going to bite him in the ass.
Tal Rho and Superman family reunion time. Did you miss him?
PB: I think I missed his smart ass mouth. He is a total big brother. I kinda like him
C: I gotta agree, I missed him. Not a fan of the way they were reunited but god his sarcastic demeanour is so much fun, and such a great contrast to the ever stoic Kal-El! Kinda hoping that maybe he gets out again to help Kal a bit more.
Do you think it was brave of Jonathan to take the blame for the “XK aka space drugs”? Also Clark’s reaction to Jonathan, was he too harsh or not harsh enough?
C: Nope, I think it was stupid. Honorable, but stupid. The girlfriend needs to go, she is no good for him!
As for Clark’s reaction I think he was fairly reasonable, but Jonathan has his reasons. We went through all this in season one, with him not feeling special, I thought we’d moved past this, but everyone is treating him like the useless one again so I totally get why he did it.
PB: I think he was trying to be a hero to his girlfriend but to me she is a coward. She is letting him take the blame, she bugs me for being so weak and using Jonathan to cover her ass.
I think Clark is right in his harshness to Jonathan but I also think he really needs to listen to him about why he did the space drug in the first place.
Tal Rho and Superman decide to work together and get out of the jail that Lt. General Anderson was holding them in. Will Tal Rho help Superman with Bizarro and Ally?
PB: I think they are going to have no choice but to work together but Lt. General Anderson has gone off the deep end
C: I still think Tal is mostly being a self-serving ass, but I’d like to hope that this is the beginning of a better relationship. I’m not entirely sure they did agree to work together in the cell, I think it was mostly Tal trying to escape, and then Kal just took advantage of the chaos he created in order to get out and get to Bizarro before Anderson.
So Anderson is on the XK space drugs now, thoughts?
PB: To quote a viral video “You about to lose yo’ job. You about to lose yo’ job” He isn’t answering his commanding officer’s calls and now he is on drugs. Yeah this is not gonna work out for him.
C: I can’t lie, watching Ian Bohen kicking Tyler Hoechlin’s ass was kinda awesome for this Teen Wolf fan! He did seem to use up quite a lot of it to kill Bizarro, so I’m not sure if we will see more of super powered Anderson. But I hope we do!
Tal took 3 bullets for Superman and then Superman saved him. Do you think they are finally going to get along?
C: I really do hope so, although it kinda wrecks the whole “Last Son of Krypton” thing to have him on Earth with Kal.
PB: I hope so, they kinda need each other and they are brothers. I feel like something is coming and Superman will need his brother sooner than later.
Anderson killed Bizarro and joined forces with Ally. Do you think she will brainwash him too? Or do you think you can’t force the willing?
PB: He has been a bad guy from the beginning, He is power hungry and now he is on space drugs, he thinks he can take on anyone.
C: I don’t think he needs to be brainwashed, I think he is going to be a willing participant in her crazy scheme for world domination!
