Music Monday – Workout Playlist

The Grammys 2020

Some friends and I are starting a 30 day workout challenge today. Working out totally sucks and the only thing that makes it better is the end result and the music you listen to while you do it. So here are some of my favorite workout songs – you know the ones to get your blood pumping,  make you keep going when you want to quit, and the ones that make you sing and forget you’re working. I am all over the board as always with my choices, so deal with it. Lol.

workout playlist

Darude  “Sandstorm”

This song could pretty much be on repeat during a workout. It’s so good.

Zombie Nation  “Kernkraft 400”

Crazy good trance song that just keeps you going.

Common  “Universal Mind Control”

Just thinking about this man, I get hot and sweaty. So, perfect work out song… Ha.

Casely feat. Lil Jon & Machel Montano  “Sweat”

This beat mos def will keep you going when you wanna stop. And it’s titled ‘sweat’, so perfect.

Sophia Fresh feat. T-Pain  “This Instant”

Again, this beat just keeps me going.

Britney spears  “I’m a Slave 4 U ”

This one is a perfect warm up or cool down.

Linkin Park  “One Step Closer”

I love LP, as you all know, but this is perfect for cardio.

Limp Bizkit  “Break Stuff”

Perfect for running or weights.

Pitbull feat. Akon  “Shut It Down”

The lyrics will keep you going, just like the beat.

Macklemore & Ryan Lewis feat. Ray Dalton  “Can’t Hold Us”

Another one with lyrics that are perfect to keep you going.

Kanye West  “Stronger”

He is a real a**hole, but this song is the bomb.

Drowning Pool  “Bodies”

Seriously, this song is perfect for so many reasons.

Eminem  “Lose Yourself”

This one has gotten me to finish another mile.

Gym Class Heroes feat. Ryan Tedder  “The Fighter”

This song speaks to me in more ways the one. I love it.

Aloe Blacc  “The Man”

Even though it’s called “the man”, I like to say “the WOman”. Lol.

Lorde  “Royals”

Another great one for warming up or cooling down.

Survivor  “Eye of the Tiger”

No workout playlist is complete without this song right here.

That’s my workout playlist. It keeps me going and keeps me pumped. I hope it helps my girls stay pumped for our challenge.
