Millennium Photo

Whilst I enjoy taking a few photos when out and about, I have never been as lucky as Matthew Myatt was.  It is reported that he nearly fell from his chair at what he had seen on his screen.

Sky news reports that: Matthew had been out taking publicity shots of aeroplanes for  an aviation school, he got home and loaded the images onto his computer and could not believe what he saw on the screen, he managed to get a hot-shot of the new Star Wars set in Berkshire.

He managed to get a good enough shot to see a Millennium Falcon being build, an x wing fighter, cranes and equipment for building the set as well as new trees and bushes planted on the common, the film is already in production and is set for release in December 2015.

Looking to IMDB you can see that Star Wars VII is set 30 years after Return of the Jedi and we see the return of much our loved stars like Harrison Ford who has reportedly already broken his leg in June whilst filming and had to have surgery, Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Peter Mayhew and Kenny Baker have also returned and we have some new names to look for including Andy Serkis (LOTR Gollum) and Gwendoline Christie (Game of Thrones and Hunger Games: Mockingjay part 2).

The Director for this new part of the saga is JJ Abrams.  Filming locations include Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire, Iceland, Scotland, Ireland, California and Abu Dhabi.
