After a couple of very nifty teasers, Marvel Studios and Netflix have finally given us the good stuff, a full trailer for their next original series, Jessica Jones.
Featuring looks at Krysten Ritter as ex-superhero-turned-PI Jessica Jones as well as Mike Coulter’s Luke Cage (soon to get his own Netflix show) and spine-chilling (not to mention mind-bending), big bad Kilgrave, played by the awesome David Tennant. This trailer certainly seems to be keeping the darker tone that Marvel Studios adopted for their Daredevil series, with Jones attempting to drown her inner demons in alcohol and a healthy dose of bone-crunching violence. We also get a glimpse of a few other characters such as Malcolm (Eka Darville The Originals, Power Rangers), Trish (Rachael Taylor Transformers, Grey’s Anatomy) and Carrie-Anne Moss’s gender-swapped, big-shot lawyer Jeryn Hogarth.
Marvel’s Jessica Jones drops all 13 episodes on Netflix on November 20th 2015.
