The Flash: Barry Introduces Iris to His New Girlfriend

“Guys like us don’t get the girl,”

Oliver told Barry back in the first part of The Flash and Arrow‘s two-night crossover event, and while he may have been right about Barry and Iris, that isn’t going to stop Central City’s hero from trying to find love with someone else. And that’s exactly what Barry, along with Caitlin, does in next Tuesday’s episode of The Flash, titled Crazy for You, as he meets the lovely Linda Park (played by The Vampire Diaries alum Malese Jow) and even, as these photos show, introduces her to Iris. Talk about that awkward moment!

Also in the episode, Barry and the team set their sights on Shawna (Britne Oldford), who isn’t exactly using her teleportation powers for good, as she breaks her boyfriend out of prison. How will Barry take down a criminal that can teleport, one of the few abilities that is probably better and quicker than his speed?

LOVE IS IN THE AIR — Caitlin decides that she and Barry need to move on from Ronnie and Iris and find new loves so she takes him for a night out at the local karaoke bar. Caitlin doesn’t have any luck making a love connection but Barry meets Linda Park (guest star Malese Jow), a sports reporter for the Central City Picture News, and asks her out on a date. When Barry tells Iris he has a date, Iris is surprised by her reaction. Meanwhile, Cisco considers Hartley’s dangerous offer and the team searches for Shawna (guest star Britne Oldford), a meta-human with teleportation powers, who just busted her boyfriend Clay (guest star Micah Parker) out of Iron Heights. When Henry (guest star John Wesley Shipp) snoops around in an attempt to help Joe (Jesse L. Martin) and Barry solve the crime, he ends up in the infirmary after getting roughed up by inmates.
