First Look at Katherine Heigl’s New Suits Character!
In the following EW exclusive First Look we see Katherine Heigl’s character in the hit show Suits, who will appear when Season 8 premieres on Wednesday, July 18!
Heigl joins the cast as Samantha Wheeler, a talented new partner at the firm who challenges the status quo and will either become the firm’s greatest ally or most powerful enemy. Based on the first-look snaps of Samantha, she got the memo about how to dress at Specter Litt!
According to EW, the dynamic between Samantha (who “muscles her way” into the firm) and Harvey (Gabriel Macht) is a bit “antagonistic” at first.
And it’ll be interesting to see how Donna (Sarah Rafferty) takes to her new co-worker.
Heigl told EW:
The fact that Donna can’t quite put her finger on Samantha is really fun to play. Our first scene together was just like that – she’s trying to figure out Samantha, and Samantha’s not really giving much of anything away.
