NBC has released the synopsis for Blindspot season 4, episode 22, titled The Gang Gets Gone, along with promotional photos. The episode aired on NBC on May 31st in the US as part of the 2 hour finale event. It airs Monday June 17th on Sky Witness in the UK. Synopsis

In the fast-paced season finale, the team are on an international mission, racing to stop an attack before it spreads. Madeline (Special Guest Star Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio) attempts to turn the tables as internal conflict threatens relationships within the team.
