Ansel Elgort’s About To Suit Up As A Top Secret ’80s Spy

Dungeons & Dragons

Ansel Elgort’s already shown us he can do the whole devious informant thing in The Divergent Series, so the idea of him becoming a top secret spy guy for his next flick sounds like a major win.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Elgort is now attached to star in Code Name Veil, a based-on-a-true-story style pic about a CIA rookie agent who has to learn on the job when his investigation of the U.S. Embassy bombings in Beirut in 1983 turns into a scary hostage situation involving his boss.

Which means the intensity level is going to be off the chart for this one, and Ansel Elgort is going to get a real opportunity to prove himself in the outside of the YA/heartthrob/EDM scene.

We have full faith that our Ansolo will slay the action-drama genre just as effectively as everything else because he’s a jack of all trades and a master at every single one.
