2014 Gotham Award Nominations are in

The nominees for the 2014 Gotham Independent Film Awards have been announced.  The Gotham Awards are one of the earliest awards ceremonies of the year, leading up to the Oscars.  Past films that have been honored include The Hurt Locker and Beast of the Southern Wild.

This year the awards ceremony will be held on December 1st at the Cipriani Wall Street in Downtown Manhattan.  They will also honor Tilda Swinton, Bennett Miller and Ted Sarandos for career accomplishments.
