If you are like me and addicted to E’s new TV series The Royals you are probably wondering the same things as me, where have I seen them before?
For starters I know I have seen our Prince Liam before and I wasn’t quite sure where, and then it hit me. William Moseley, was Peter Pevensie in The Chronicles of Narnia starting in 2005.
Now a little bit more about Mr. Moseley. William Peter Moseley was born on April 27, 1987, in Gloucester, England. He is the eldest of three children with a younger sister named Daisy and and younger brother named Ben.
Grew three inches during the filming of The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.
He is a Newcastle United fan.
He has been struck by lightning.
Now let’s take a look at Liam’s girlfriend Ophelia, played by Merritt Patterson. I knew I saw her before, but yet again I couldn’t quite place it. Then after talking with a few friends, we realized she played Olivia Matheson on the TV Series Ravenswood from 2013 – 2014.
Merritt was born and raised in Whistler, British Columbia, Merritt Patterson took a liking to the Arts at a young age.
She made her Film and Television debut with a recurring role on the ABC Family show Kyle XY. Following this debut the roles began flooding in and Merritt was cast in the FOX 2000 feature film Percy Jackson: The Lighting Thief, the horror thriller film The Hole, The CW series Supernatural and the Disney feature for Television Radio Rebel. Recently Merritt co-starred alongside Kim Coates (Sons of Anarchy) in the feature film Rufus that was released in 2013.
Merritt has a slew of films set for release in the coming year. She will appear in the feature films Primary, Kid Cannabis, as well as in a staring role in Wolves with Jason Momoa (Game of Thrones).
What would our Royals be without a King? Well the dashing Vincent Regan brings our King Simon to life in The Royals. Vincent can be seen in so many roles, but the one that sticks out to me is that of Captain, in 300 (2006)
Our Royals seductive and cunning Queen Helena is played by the talented Elizabeth Hurley. It’s more like where haven’t we seen her. I first remember seeing her on the red carpet on the arm of Hugh Grant wearing a head turning Versace dress with gold safety pins! She has been in Gossip Girl, Austin Powers, and Bedazzled.
There isn’t much out there.. YET.. on the rest of the cast of The Royals, but mark my words we will be hearing from them all pay close attention to the two below!
