The John Wick 3 Trailer is Here
Lionsgate dropped the John Wick 3: Parabellum trailer Thursday, and it is whetting the internet’s appetite for this third installment of the John Wick franchise.
The Action Filled Plot
Here’s the lowdown from the official John Wick website:
“In this third installment of the adrenaline-fueled action franchise, super assassin John Wick(Keanu Reeves) returns with a $14 million price tag on his head and an army of bounty-hunting killers on his trail. After killing a member of the shadowy international assassin’s guild, The High Table, John Wick is excommunicado, but the ruthless hit men and women await his every turn.”
Being willing to do what it takes and actually having what it takes are two different things, above all when it comes to John Wick.
More Dogs!
And John doesn’t seem to be the only dog lover this time around! Halle Barry’s character is seen with two dogs in tow, even using them to attack in one scene from the trailer(Please let the dogs make it out okay)!
Judging from the trailer, the locales will be all over the place. There’s a room full of crystal skulls in glass displays reminiscent of the first Blade, taxi-filled streets, and the desert.
Parabellum
And what is a parabellum? A Parabellum is a type of German semi-automatic firearm, or simply means “to prepare for war” in Latin. And when it comes to John Wick, it certainly means he’s using one and doing the other.
