The New Year has begun, and Shock Pop Comiccon is coming Feb 13-15, 2015 promising to make it one of the best in South Florida.  The Broward County Convention Center will house this 100,000 square foot event with every kind of fan offering imaginable.

This Comiccon goes beyond the norm as we have more stars, directors, musicians, and artists coming than ever before. Every fan of horror, Sci-Fi, Film, TV, Anime, Animation will have hours of exciting interactive activities for them.

Start this mind-altering weekend off with some horror mayhem: Friday 13th 35 reunion with special performances by John Waters followed by other horror film and tv stars.  Do you shiver to think of meeting the stars of Son of Anarchy (Ryan “Opie” Hurst and Drea “Wendy” Matteo)?   Then come on down?   Do you want to be part of the first 30th reunion for A Nightmare on Elm Street 2 or the Demons Ultimate Fan Experience? What would you sacrifice to have a photo op with Elvira Or shake hands with Steven Bauer (Ray Donavon, Scarface) or Sylvester McCoy of the new Hobbitt:  The Battle of the Five Armies?

If your tastes are more toward comic artists, we have over 40 artists from around the world.  Joe Kelly, Rihannon Owens, Greg Land, Whilce Portacio, Ben Templesmith, Megan Hetrick, Mike Deodato, Jr., and the list goes on!

Meet writers such as Stephen T. Seagle (writer X-Men, Sandman Mystery Theatre) storyboard artist William Simpson (Game of Thrones.) Scott Kolins (Flash and Avengers Forever) Gerry Conway and Kyle Higgins (Nightwing, Cowl, Batman Beyond Batman Eternal, Captain America) Steve E Gordon and Danny Trejo Alvaro will also be part of the festivities.

Join the Geek Film Festival, Scream and Popcorn Nights for special long film and short screenings. But that is not all! There will be an Independent Film Makers competition as well. The weekend is packed full of activities for those who love Cosplay (501 Everglades Squad, V is for Villians, Ani-Mia, the Ghouligans to name a few,) video gaming by Arcade and table top gaming sponsored by Gaming Goat and Dice Tower Podcast.  Panel discussions, contests and giveaways are part of this amazing happening.
