Warning: This article contains spoilers from the last episode of Chicago Med. Read at your own risk.

Last weeks episode  ended with Dr. Halstead (Nick Gehlfuss) drinking at Molly’s after talking to Natalie (Torrey DeVitto) , who again needed a break from their relationship. Her decision hit him pretty hard and this weeks episode (An Inconvenient Truth) starts with Halstead being totally hungover and yep as we all expected he slept with that not so nice doctor called Maya.

Sarah’s struggle with her father

This week Sarah’s (Rachel DiPillo) father is brought into the ER because his heart is failing. DAMN, we all know how it all ended between Sarah and her father. I guess she’s regretting the thoughts she had and maybe she’s overthinking her decision again. I really hope she will get closer to him again before it’s too late. Poor Sarah!

Family Sexton going strong again

Dr. Sexton (Roland Buck III) is working with his sister again this week. But its going to be a difficult week for them with a patient who wants to find his son before he dies. It must be so hard to have patients who had enough of treatment and want to die. I wonder how difficult it is for the doctors to cope with a situation like this.

April (Yaya DaCosta) has known their patient Henry for a while and wants to help  find his son. He hasn’t talked to him in long time, and he wants to see him again before he dies. April will do everything she can to find his son – because that’s how our dear April is. I really hope they will find his son and they can share his last moments together.

Later on in the episode they reveal they found his son – but he might not make it in time!

OH NO! His son didn’t make it in time but Dr. Sexton did the noble thing and  stood beside Henry’s bed and pretended to be his son, holding his hand until he took his last breath. I REALLY TEARED UP A BIT OVER THIS! That was such a sweet gesture of him!

Chicago Med - An Inconvenient Truth

What is a break anyway?!

Natalie seems to warm up again with Will and asks him out to dinner – we all know that won’t end well. These two are perfect for each other but so self destructive. We see Will really struggles with telling her about his one-night-stand with Maya.

The dinner went as expected. Natalie got totally mad and ran out of the restaurant. I guess we all have to wait until next week to know how this will continue.

A lot has happened in this episode and it seems like Will and Natalie just can’t find their way together. I am definitely curious how all this will turn out for both of them.
