New York Comic Con was Cranston’d!

On Thursday October 4, voice-acting stars of Sony Crackle’s “SuperMansion” including award-winning actor Bryan Cranston (also executive producer), Breckin Meyer and Gary Anthony Williams joined co-creators Zeb Wells and Matthew Senreich at New York Comic Con.

The super-animated panel not only featured two new clips from a Comic Con themed episode that’s now available and a sneak peek to the original holiday special, A Prayer for Mr. T: The SuperMansion Thanksgiving Special (set to debut on Thursday, November 15), but also lots of mic drops and kicking of chairs when fans and panelists alike were “Cranston’d”!

Over the course of an hour on Comic Con’s main stage, Cranston discussed his rise to fame since starting at 25, which included voice work as various Power Rangers creatures: “I got Malcolm in the Middle when I was 40 and it was great, but if that never happened, if Breaking Bad never happened, to be able to say that you’re a working actor and that’s how I make my living, is the greatest thing that I’ve ever had happened to my life, so I’m very grateful.” He also assured fans in the audience: “The first line of my obituary: best known for Titanium Rex on SuperMansion.”

Breckin Meyer, who voices several characters on “SuperMansion”, made a bold joke: “I haven’t seen Breaking Bad, but I hear great things about it. It’s in my queue right after Riverdale. I’m excited, I just finished Malcolm in the Middle.” He later admitted that he is looking to do his own show Breckin Bad.
