Paul Wesley To Co-Star in CBS Series Tell Me A Story – Reuniting With EP Kevin Williamson
AMAZING news for all the Paul Wesley fans out there. We will see him in a new show starting on CBS called Tell Me A Story. Beside Wesley being the Co-Star of the show he will be reuniting with Executive Producer Kevin Williams – both worked together on the hit show The Vampire Diaries. Besides Wesley we will see another familiar face on the show – Danielle Campbell (The Originals) will join the cast as well.
What is the show about?
In this show we will have lots of fairy tales combined together. The show is described as a twisted psychological thriller. It’s set in modern New York City and the first season will have 3 well known fairy tales combined. We will have The Three Little Pigs, Little Red Riding Hood and Hansel and Gretel in the first season. I guess we can all expect something dark and thrilling to come our way.
What do we know about the characters?
Paul Wesley will play the character Eddie, a derelict and troubled individual who has big problems mit drugs and alcohol. He does work as a bartender but does drug dealsin his free time. Beside that he is a part-time thief together with his older brother Mitch.
Danielle Campbell will play Kayla and Kim Catrall will be playing her grandmother. Sadly we don’t know more about those two characters just yet.
The show will be executive produced by Kevin Williamson, Aaron Kaplan and Dana Honor. Liz Friedlander directs and executive produces the first two episodes.
Wesley is best known for his role as Stefan Salvator in the hit show The Vampire Diaries. Since the show ended after 8 Seasons, Wesley starred in two off-Broadway plays called Cal in Camo.
