We have been given a closer look at the new and familiar faces set to appear in Outlander Season 2 with new character portraits – which you can see a few teases below.
As we are are getting closer to Outlander‘s much anticipated return, more images are starting to be unveiled from Season 2.
We have been given a first look at some of the new faces and the wardrobe changes of our favorites as the show heads to Paris.
Showcase has revealed the latest character portraits from the second season.
Familiar characters from the show’s debut, Claire Fraser (Caitriona Balfe), Jamie Fraser (Sam Heughan), Murtagh (Duncan Lacroix) and Frank Randall (Tobias Menzies) can be seen in the portraits.

The new pictures have given us fans another look at Prince Charles (Andrew Gower), King Louis XV (Lionel Lingelser), Mary Hawkins (Rosie Day), Louise de Rohan (Claire Sermonne), and Le Comte St. Germain (Stanley Weber).
Outlander Season 2 is based on Diana Gabaldon’s second novel Dragonfly in Amber, and sees Jamie and Claire Fraser head to France to change the course of history.
The story sees the couple attempt to stop the Jacobite rebellion and the Battle of Culloden, by seeking out Bonnie Prince Charlie.
