With only 2 episodes left, what will be the fate of those left in Bon Temps? This week’s episode seemed to be a bit of a turning point for many of our beloved characters. With a final goodbye, a highly anticipated healing, a bittersweet reunion of sorts, and a decision that left us all in shock…I anticipate that the final 2 episodes are going to be a bit of a roller coaster ride.
Tara met the true death within the first 2 minutes of season premier, and she finally got the closure she was looking for to be at peace. I said it before, so I guess I’ll say it again, goodbye Tara Mae Thornton. Hopefully Lettie Mae can be at peace as well, and lay off the V.
Before I even get to Hoyt and Jessica, and the end of that crazy psycho Violet…I must address the elephant in the room, the red-hot dildo and breast ripper????!!!! That made for a very cringe-worthy moment. So kudos to Hoyt for saving the day, sigh of relief from all those tied up and bound!!! And a sigh of relief for us viewers…OK, back to Hoyt and Jessica. Such a sweet moment between them when Hoyt brings her his blood for a dying Bill. As great as it is to see Hoyt back, I hope to see Jessica with Jason when all is said and done. I just love their dynamic together, their banter, and lets face it, they make a hot couple.
Probably the best part of the entire episode belongs to that tall blond vamp. All hail the viking gods, Eric is cured!!!! Finally!!!! So what does he do, he goes to Sookie. What does he find, Sookie in Bill’s robe. Always second in line to Bill. If I could smack Sookie a bit, I think this would be that very moment. And in pure Sookie fashion, she does opposite what she’s told, and puts Pam and Eric in a bit of danger…AGAIN!!! However, Sookie always gets her way, and discovers what the cure is, and leads a very sick Bill and Jessica to Sarah. Eric and Pam, shocked by Bills appearance finds them, and as they wait for Bill to take her blood and be cured….wait for it….Bill doesn’t want the blood.
So how many Trubies feel like this is going to be the end of Mr. Bill Compton?
