Hottie of the Week – Sullivan Stapleton
Last week I introduced you to Philip Winchester. Reason number 1 for me and fellow writer Mo getting hooked on a show called Strike Back. I promised reason number 2 this week. Now this week’s Hottie is the reason *I* got hooked. Why didn’t I post him first? I hear you ask… Well it’s simple really. Today is my birthday so I wanted to perv appreciate his hotness today! Ladies and Gentlemen, I’d like to introduce you to Sullivan Stapleton!
This smiling Aussie got his start in the land of sunshine. From small parts in TV movies and legendary Aussie soap Neighbours, Sully is now leading man material. And with looks like this it’s really not hard to see why! If you’ve watched Strike Back then you’ll be very, VERY familiar with the man who played Damien Scott. Hard not to be when he spends SO MUCH TIME NAKED! In case you think I’m saying that like it’s a bad thing. I am really, really not.
Sully played Greek general Themistocles in 300: Rise of an Empire, alongside Eva Green (who he reportedly had a steamy affair with). I have an overwhelming urge to give the costume designer a very large hug because DAMN!
Yes… I’m counting that as a costume… look at that skillfully replicated armour… oh who am I kidding *drools*
Hot guys plus archery? Yes I’m paying attention…
Since Strike Back ended Sully has been burning up screens as FBI agent Kurt Weller in NBC’s Blindspot. I’m a huge fan of the show, and I cannot wait for it toe return for a 3rd season in October. Anyone else out there a Weller fan?
Sully and Blindspot guest star Ennis Esmer. These two are such fun on screen. I really hope Rich Dot Com will make another appearance in season 3!
Is there anything better than hot guys doing archery? Not a lot, but I’d argue hot guys with puppies comes pretty high on the list.
Oh yeah… and hot guys in fast cars too! Sully spent a week last summer taking part in the Gumball 3000 rally. He co-drove a Ferrari F12 from Dublin to Bucharest in 2016 for Team Wolfpack.
Sadly he isn’t joining the Wolfpack again for the 2017 rally from Riga to Mykonos. Or at least that’s what he says, but the rally starts in a few days and he’s still hanging out in Europe. I’m okay with that though as scruffy, smiley Sully selfies are ♥
