Welcome to Riverdale for this Hottie of the Week
We’re taking a look at some of the cast of the show which debuted on The CW this week. Riverdale is the latest offering from prolific exec producer Greg Berlanti (he of the CW’s DC TV quad-monster). Based on the comic series, the show is a subversive take on Archie and his friends, exploring small town life, the darkness and weirdness bubbling beneath Riverdale’s wholesome facade.

Lili Reinhardt – Betty Cooper
Lili Reinhardt plays Betty Cooper, the girl next door who seems torn between her life long love for Archie and feelings for new arrival Veronica. After that rather sizzling smooch between them in the premiere I’m intrigued to see what happens to this good girl with the potential to go bad!

Camila Mendes – Veronica Lodge
Playing Veronica is the first role for Camila Mendes. She learned her craft at the Tisch School of the Arts in New York. On the surface Veronica seems like a standard mean girl, rich bitch, but I don’t think that’s all there is. What will happen with the love triangle between her, Betty and Archie? Can’t wait to find out.

Kiwi hottie KJ Apa has truly committed to his role. Since landing the part of Archie this naturally dark haired hottie has gone ginger to play Archie himself.
So long as we keep getting shots like these though, he could have rainbow hair and I’d still be drooling!
