Here’s Everything Coming And Going On Netflix In June (2018)

Netflix Announces Exciting NYCC Lineup

Here’s Everything Leaving Netflix In June (2018) And What Not To Miss

The long, hot days of June are almost upon us as May enters its final week. A whole bunch of new TV shows and movies are headed to Netflix next month.

This includes plenty of Netflix Originals, family friendly movies and TV shows and excellent new releases.

Before we get to the big list, let’s take a look at Netflix In June (2018) highlights and what you should keep an eye on next month.

On June 1st, the 2006 crime film The Departed starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon, Mark Wahlberg and Jack Nicholson lands on the giant streaming site. If you haven’t seen it yet, it’s definitely worth watching. A great story of double-agents, organized crime and betrayal with incredible performances from the entire cast.

The King’s Speechstarring Colin Firth, Geoffrey Rush and Helena Bonham Carter lands on June 2nd. It’s the excellent story of King George VI and his struggles with stuttering during WWII. Top-notch character drama with riveting performances all around.

On June 5th, Marvel’s Thor: Ragnarok will release on Netflix. By far the best of the three Thor films, it’s also one of the funniest MCU films to-date and definitely worth watching if you somehow missed it on the big screen. Thor: Ragnarok was followed by Black Panther and then Avengers: Infinity War at the box office, which is a pretty incredible one-two-three punch of awesome superhero films. Watch this one while you can—Disney’s agreement with Netflix is in its twilight years as the House of Mouse prepares its very own streaming service.

Sense8 Finale

On June 8th a whole plethora of Netflix Original series drop, including the final two-episode season of Sense8. That show was cancelled by Netflix but due to fan backlash the streaming company agreed to wrap things up with a two-part finale.

Netflix In June (2018)A week later on June 15th we get another batch of Netflix Originals, but the one I’m most looking forward to is Season 6 of Voltron: Legendary DefenderThat’s a wonderful show that you can—and should—watch with the kids. The seasons are all super short but release frequently.

Other Netflix Originals launching in June include Luke Cage Season 2 on June 22nd and, on June 29th, the return of GLOWSeason 1 of that show, which is a fictionalized account of the Gorgeous Ladies Of Wrestling back int he 80s’.

Finally, on June 26th Star Wars: The Last Jedi makes its way to Netflix. The controversial Star Wars film has fans divided over its place in the franchise, but despite its flaws I really enjoyed it and I’m excited to watch it again. (I didn’t enjoy it enough to see it twice in theaters, surprisingly, but I still liked it way more than many of its detractors.)

Now, without further ado, the big list of everything that’s coming to Netflix In June (2018).
