Every time I read a book by Kit Rocha, I am sucked into their world and I wanna be in their world. Seriously if things went crazy and I have to live in world like they write about…. I would be an O’Kane in a heartbeat. However, this book is not about the O’Kane’s this book is their third installment in the Gideon and his Riders. And as always they do not disappoint.
This book is about a forbidden love. A bodyguard and a princess. Not your usually love story but a love story none the less. Ivan is a true rider. He follows the rules and does his job even if his job is to guard one of the most beautiful woman he has ever seen. He does not give in to his urges. There are rules and traditions that have to be followed. But Maricela really doesn’t care about the rules anymore. She wants what wants and she is going to do something about it.
Despite things and people including their selves that are trying to keep them apart, the heart wants what it wants.
As always this book is jam packed with life in the sector, violence, and some really really hot sex. One thing is for sure these ladies know how to write a good hot and steam love scene.
It is hard to write a spoiler free review so I am going to stop here and just tell you to read this book. Hell read all of their books. Kit Rocha write about a world that i wouldn’t mind living in. If you read this book or any if their books please let me know what you think.
