American Gods Season 2 Trailer is HERE!

Starz released a teaser trailer for the much-anticipated second season of American Gods yesterday. In the Hammerstein Ballroom during its first ever official New York Comic Con panel the God Squad mobilized its followers. Moderator Patton Oswalt introduced the audience to exclusive footage from Season Two featuring iconic roadside attractions, epic scenery and Odin, himself.

Author and executive producer, Neil Gaiman joined the American Gods cast including Ricky Whittle (Shadow Moon), Pablo Schreiber (Mad Sweeney), Emily Browning (Laura Moon), Orlando Jones (Mr. Nancy), Yetide Badaki (Bilquis), Crispin Glover (Mr. World), Bruce Langley (Technical Boy), Omid Abtahi (Salim), Mousa Kraish (The Jinn) and Demore Barnes (Mr. Ibis) for a conversation and look into Season Two, which will premiere on Starz in 2019.

American Gods is a one-hour drama adapted from Neil Gaiman’s novel of the same name.

Following the epic showdown at Easter’s party, Season Two ups the ante with Mr. Wednesday continuing his quest to pitch the case for war to the Old Gods with Shadow, Laura and Mad Sweeney in tow. But when things don’t go as planned at the House on the Rock, they all find themselves on a haunting journey through middle America.

Fans can tweet @AmericanGodsSTZ and @STARZ to join the conversation with #AmericanGods.

I'm a keen, albeit amateur, cosplayer and love attending cons in various cosplays. I'm also the resident comic book girl around these parts, especially small press comics, so if you've got an indie book you want reviewed, I'm your gal!
