Following on from his tweet announcing Jubilee would be featuring in X-Men Apocalypse, Bryan Singer has today tweeted a link to some production art which seems to hint that we will also be seeing Angel in Apocalypse.

Angel appearing in Apocalypse makes a lot of sense, in comic book history Angel was transformed by En Sabah Nur into one of the Four Horsemen, namely Death.
Angel previously appeared in the X-Men franchise in The Last Stand, played by Ben Foster, although it’s likely that he will be recast for Apocalypse in the form of Ben Hardy.
The ex-Eastenders star was linked to the movie some time ago but as yet his role has not been announced, he is suspected to be playing a young Warren Worthington as he bears a strong physical resemblance to the character.
