Watch: The Outlander DVD Extra All About Sam Heughan

The second half of the Outlander season seems way so far away April 4 however, you can get a little fix when Starz releases the season one volume one DVD and Blu-ray on March 3. PopSugar gave us an exclusive look at one of the extras, which is a special treat if you love Sam Heughan, aka Jamie(and let’s be honest, who doesn’t). In the clip Heughan talks about the casting process, while producers and writer Diana Gabaldon explain why exactly he was perfect for the role.
