WATCH: Batman V Superman Full Trailer

Somehow, Jimmy Kimmel is getting ALL the good stuff right now, and last night he dropped the new trailer for Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice!!!

Watch it below and then check out our break down

Featuring looks at the demented Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) and Gal Gadot‘s  Wonder Woman in action we also get a taste of the antagonistic relationship behind the titular face off. Starting with Clark Kent meeting Bruce Wayne at some celebrity gala (apparently hosted by Luthor) where their banter seems to indicate that they might each suspect the other of being a vigilante hero. The tension is palpable until livewire Luthor interrupts.

The trailer also features Henry Cavill’s Superman unmasking Ben Affleck as Batman before we get bombarded with some heavy duty carnage, with Lex’s voice over the top saying “The greatest Gladiator match in the history of the world. Son of Krypton versus Bat of Gotham”.

“If Man won’t kill God, the Devil will do it.” Luthor announces as the dead body of General Zod is wheeled into a lab and subjected to some seriously messed up, alien-Frankestein looking shenanigans before he apparently emerges as Doomsday (yes, that Doomsday, the one best known for killing Superman in the comics!!)!!!

Doomsday attacks Bats but the attack is deflected by Wonder Woman’s shield, Bats and Supes debate whose side she is on briefly before the three of them face off against the big, rocky bad guy.

This is one kick ass trailer, excited to see what else we get before the release in March 2016

I'm a keen, albeit amateur, cosplayer and love attending cons in various cosplays. I'm also the resident comic book girl around these parts, especially small press comics, so if you've got an indie book you want reviewed, I'm your gal!
