So this week for Soundtrack Sunday I have picked a soundtrack I have just bought, but I have listened to the songs individually. This week is the turn of Divergent, a film with Theo James as the mysterious Four and Shailene Woodley as Tris.
Born into a society that has factioned off how people live, they have Five factions to choose from when they reach 16, they will have a test that should help them decide and then a ceremony in front of their family and friends to choose from. Abnigation, Amity, Erudite, Candor and Dauntless, this film centres around Tris and her decision to follow her heart and go for Dauntless and leave her family behind, the problem is she is known as Divergent, someone who contains more than one quality from each faction and that is a big problem.
The soundtrack is beautiful and amazing, I find the songs picked really do suit the mood of the scenes they are put against, it also features a lot of Ellie Goulding who is an artist I love quite a lot.
