How totally rude.
Despite Candace Cameron Bure’s claims that the upcoming Full House reboot, Fuller House, would include “everyone,” Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen (Michelle Tanner) are officially out.
Variety confirmed the news earlier today (May 22), breaking our Tanner- loving hearts into a million, billion pieces. Executive producer Robert L. Boyett released the statement that confirmed our worst fears.
“Although Ashley and Mary-Kate will not be a part of ’Fuller House,’ I know how much ’Full House’ has meant to them and they are still very much considered family,” he said. “It has been exciting to see how they have built their professional careers, and I support their choice to focus on their fashion brands and various business endeavors. I appreciate their support and good wishes towards ’Fuller House.’”
We shouldn’t take this as any surprise really, considering the 28-year-old moguls haven’t acted in years, instead have been working towards growing their impressive fashion empire that includes brands like The Row and Elizabeth and James.
We’ll still miss you, Michelle.
