As we close out on the week before last, all I could think is why not bring a little of the reality world into the world of FN Hottie’s. Y was a really hard week to pick, I really had to dig in and try to find someone who I knew about, and it really wasn’t easy. Friends were throwing out a few names but all I could say was “I got nothing”. So after some searching, I finally found a person that I had at least heard of and could probably ramble about.
So how does Hottie meet reality? Well, we have all heard of a little show called American Idol right? I know it isn’t as big today as it was back when it first came out, but it’s still around. So let’s travel back to the fifth season. There was a young gentleman on the show that stunned audiences with his voice and his looks. That man, Ace Young. He made it through Hollywood week after auditioning for the show and stayed on until he was eliminated, making it as far as the Top 7.
Since then, Young has dabbled in music and Broadway. He is also married to fellow Idol alum Diana DeGarmo Young is currently starring as the title role in the US national tour of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat with DeGarmo as the Narrator.
