Hottie of the Week – Philip Winchester

So since most of our shows are either on summer hiatus or over, fellow FN writer Mo and I needed something to watch. She suggested we try a show called Strike Back. We started, got hooked and binged 5 seasons in a little over 2 weeks. Reason number one for that (and the reason Mo suggested the show)… this week’s Hottie – Philip Winchester. (Reason number two? You’ll have to wait till next week to find out 😉 )

This 36 year old American has a string of leading roles under his belt. Headlining numerous TV shows including (obviously) Strike Back and two short lived shows – The Player and Chicago Justice.

FN writer, and Philip Winchester addict, Mo first spotted him playing Scott Tracy in the 2004 Thunderbirds movie.

We can forgive the dodgy quiffed hair (and frankly cheesy movie) for the pool party scene right at the very end though. Seriously – I’ve never watched the entire movie, but I’ve seen the pool scene probably half a dozen times!

*mutters something about breakfast in bed*

As far as keeping up with Philip Winchester’s exploits… well there’s obviously social media. He is on twitter and instagram, although he hasn’t posted on the latter in over a year.

Now, it wouldn’t be Hottie of the Week without workout pics now would it? Brace yourselves… cos this guy is a beast!

Anyone else feeling really, REALLY thirsty? Oh, you’ve brought us water Philip? How kind…

Okay, it’s time for us to bail as this week’s Hottie is done. We hope you’ve enjoyed it, and maybe found a new object of lust admiration.

Until next week – it’s cheers from us, and from Philip Winchester!

I'm a keen, albeit amateur, cosplayer and love attending cons in various cosplays. I'm also the resident comic book girl around these parts, especially small press comics, so if you've got an indie book you want reviewed, I'm your gal! When I'm not doing the fangirl thing I am a keen long-distance hiker, having completed Te Araroa in New Zealand and The Pacific Crest Trail on the West Coast of the US.
