Hottie of the Week – Joseph Morgan
So this is it, our final Hottie of the Week from The Originals. Season 4 starts tonight. So who else could we possibly end on other than the once (and future) king of New Orleans – Klaus Mikaelson, AKA Joseph Morgan. I’m going to try and keep this succinct. Anyone who knows me I’m sure knows my love and admiration for Joseph so this could be tricky!

35 year old Brit Joseph Morgan has featured in a string of period drama roles over his career before becoming the OG Hybrid Klaus Mikaelson.
Many of his earlier roles feature the cutest, curly blonde hair.

Then there’s the glorious Ben Hur (2010)
He did all his own stunts, learned to drive a CHARIOT and has a rather memorable sex scene. Trust me you’re going to want to check this one out. I mean, look at those biceps!

Another of my favourites among Joseph’s roles is Lysander in Immortals. He often gets neglected in favour of his bigger name co-stars such as Henry Cavill and Luke Evans though. Can’t imagine why when he looks like this!

We’re almost at the end of this Hottie of the Week. I sort of don’t want to stop, I could carry on all night but then we’d all miss the premiere and we can’t have that! Not to mention if I’m at this much longer I might miss it if Joseph decides to do one of his truly outstanding promo videos for the episode… like this one

I’m going to leave you with a little treat. This is from a movie Joseph did a few years ago. It’s out there on DVD/VOD as Armistice in the US or The Captive in the UK. Joseph plays a Royal Marine trapped in a house with deadly monsters that he must battle against. It’s a pretty intense movie, but there are a couple of moments of levity – one of which is this scene. Did I mention he is singing…in the bath?
